Since our country implements the policy of reform and opening-up, small and medium size enterprises develop continuously and become powerful to hold the balance of national economy. But the management and administration level of our country's SMEs can not adapt to the requirement of market economy development. The management level of system is very low in many SMEs, far from the phase of science management. So, this not only limits the development of enterprises, but also result in the short-time existence of many SMEs.Along with the rapid growing toward globalization and economy knowledgement, management science changed simultaneously, and the humanization management has become the tendency of enterprise management. There are some successful examples in developed countries such as Japan and USA, but it still needs deeper culture thinking in how to explore the humanization management implication in enterprise management. The author tried to explain connotation and characteristic of SMEs in theory on the base of summary of management experience, then analyze how to practice the humanization management. It can provide valuable reference to SMEs, so that the enterprise management can be more reasonable and effective.Adopting the method of combining normative research with case analysis and accoding to the principle that theory should be combined with practice, this thesis starts with the function and signification of humanization management for SMEs' promotion, aims at the problems existed in SMEs'humanization construction and applies certain theory mode about humanization management to find the countermeasues about SMEs' humanization management by investigation research and comparison analysis. The author tried to find the way to practice the humanization management. The SMEs should proceed from actual conditions, strengthen the humanization management so that they can achieve the change from 'win' values to 'win-win' values, immobolided management mode to self-management mode, and focusing on quality effect to not only quality effect but also service effect. In the process of management, the idea of "human-based" and the scientific concept of development should be reflected always. There are six parts in this thesis. First part is preface, which introduces the present status about this research all over the world, research background and the aim of this article; In second part, to introduce the concept and essence of humanization management, in third part, to analyze the necessity and importance of humanization management in SMEs according to the current status; in forth part, to give some ideas about how to achieve humanization management in SMEs from five aspects; in fifth part, to point out the problems in the process of practicing humanization management in SMEs. This research indicates that the SMEs should apply scientific humanization management strategy and combine affection management,selves management, able person management and culture management organically. And should not change humanization management into "human relationship", "human domination" and "unfastenimg control"; grasp the relationship between them and "system" management correctly to achieve the best management.
