Discussion Of The Risk Management Modol On Construction Work Project

Since reform and opening up the outside world, esp. in recent years, the government tries its efforts to invest in basic facilities by adapting macroeconomic policies, which promotes the construction of various construction works and the development of national economy. But with the rapid construction scale and speed, the demand for construction management is improved strictly. The risks become more and more high. Because there are many factors which influence the target of the work project, the loss caused by risk becomes more and more serious. Therefore, it's significant to study risk management of construction work project.This paper first introduces the development and the present situation of the risk management both at home and abroad during the construction of the construction works, and also illustrates the functions and framework of risk management in our construction works. Then based on the system of risk management, such as the risk identification, risk evaluation assessment, risk control, the author summarizes the risk factors which may appear in the construction work project, and analyzes quantitatively some risk factors which appear frequently and the influence degree for the project target by using layer analytical method, calculates the weight coefficient of the risk factors and arranges them, then ranks various risks, determines the relative strategies and supervises them immediately, which will be helpful for managing the risks of construction projects. In the end the paper cites a case of the usage of the risk assessment model on the construction of construction work project to illustrate and check the model application. The standard method to acknowledge and solve the risk completely is helpful to the risk management in the real construction work project.The paper focuses on the analysis of the risk management model of the construction work project, and also puts forward exact and practical risk strategies. It is practical to heighten the risk defensive consciousness and improve the participants' risk management level.
