Study On Related Party Transaction Based On Related Party Network

Related party transaction is very popular in the ordinary running of listed company.From the point of view of related party,the paper is to ascertain the complex relationshiding the related party network ,analyse the actuality of our listed company,and testthe relations between the related party transaction and the stock achievement of thelisted company in the way of demonstration.The paper includes six chapters:The first chapter of this paper mainly gives out the research aim and significance,thecurrent situation of our country's related party transaction and the research status ofboth inland and outland.Next,the second chapter presents some theoretics including the definitions of relatedparty transaction and related party as well as the transaction manner as a base for thenext research.The third charpter is the kernel theory as well as the innovation part of thepaper,which defines and marks out the related party network and also itscharacteristics.The fourth and fifth charpter focus on the data's statistics analysis,in whichdescriptional analysis and demonstrational analysis are involved.Via the data's in thethree years'(year 2002,year 2003,year 2004)annals of the 250 listed companies ofthe ShenZhen Stock Exchange.,the paper analyses the related party transaction andtests the relations between the stcock achievements and the related party transaction inthe way of regression analysis.The sixth charpter puts forward some thoughts and discusses about the related partytransaction,and expounds the insufficiency of this study.
