This report begins with the case of Zhejiang Mobile Company's customer-orientedchange-over in operation model, emphasize to elaborate that: (1) under the normativeincreasingly trend of our country market environment, steering the changeover ingood time, adapting market demand is the unique way for enterprise, the state-ownedbusiness particularly, to obtain the chances of survival and development in facing thesevere competition day by day;(2) The changeover of organization is not simplyputting departments together or cutting them to slice, but a complicated systemsengineering , thereinto it is the most key point that some advanced managerialprinciples are brought into enterprise and solidified into the managerial system. Since1999, Zhejiang Mobile Company has been bringing into effect a series of themanagerial innovations and transform, which include the strategy adjustment,customer-oriented principles shaping, basal management system constructing,organization and the process reengineering and human resources developing etc., ithas built up a set of more complete and practical changeover system, which wouldhave more significances for other companies to implement their transforms.This report consists of four parts as follow:Part one is the case of Zhejiang Mobile Company's customer-oriented changeover inoperation model written by penman through a great deal of investigation, whichincludes the process and the result of it. This case is an important substantial evidenceof this report.Part two is the most important part of this report in which the case is analyzed bythree sides all-around. One is environmental analyses of macro economics andtelecom industry. Two is a SWOT analyses and three is the key factor analysis of thechangeover system.Part three are some suggestions to Zhejiang Mobile Company.The last one is a summary of this report.
