With the coming of the era of the global economic integration, the competition from the internal and international market becomes keener and keener, how to improve performance and form core competence of enterprises have become an important issue as well as an objective of managers. However, the design and implementation of it is crucial for enhancing performance. At present, the power company is at a changing stage—from the traditional personal administration to the modern manpower resource management. The present important task is how to make the performance evaluation connect with the word-famous companies. I wrote this essay by doing more research, looking up many documents, referring to the successful methods and experience of some companies, and analyzing and thinking over the performance evaluation of GP Company. And using the combination of KPI and 360 degree performance feedback system, department evaluation and personnel individual evaluation, and give some new suggestion for the problem of the performance evaluation system for The GP Company. I hope these measures can have an active effect on promoting the company management.
