This article has carried on the elaboration about the three questions from financial angle.According to the selection logic of finance management target , which searches the sole goal and maximizes its value, through comparison and analysis of popular financial control goals including correlation benefit maximization, the profit maximization, the shareholder wealth maximization as well as the enterprise value maximization, this article considers enterprise value maximization as a reasonable financial control goal in the pursuit of enterprise sustainable development.Financial goal and the enterprise strategic target can be better achieved through the value-based management. As a kind of corporate performance appraisal method, the economic value added (EVA) is introduced into the value appraisal system recently. EVA can be taken into not only the performance appraisal of the whole enterprise, but also every department's value creation. It can be used for not only past performance, but also the future value creation by computing future EVA, equally with net present value (NPV). EVA can be brought into the finance dimension ofbalanced scorecard, and taken the center of the achievement appraisal system. Consequently constitutes a perfect appraisal system for enterprise value sustainable growth.In order to realize the coordination effect between every department and the better use of EVA, drive factors need to be excavated from the enterprise management process. The value drive factors can be divided into the finance drive factors and the non-finance drive factors. The former can be obtained by decomposing the EVA indicator through the DuPont finance analysis system, the latter can be found by analysis from the benefit correlation angle, also can be discovered in the process of operation by value-chain analysis.The finance strategy goal is to realize the sustainable growth of enterprise value. According to the EVA finance strategy matrix, formulates the corresponding value increment solution under the different conditions, impels the realization of finance strategy. Further more, through analysis of three value chain dimensions contained the enterprise interior value chain, the enterprise crosswise value chain and the enterprise longitudinal value chain, establish competitive advantages and select the appropriate competition strategy, then the realize enterprise sustainable development.
