| Voluntary Turnover directly affects the stability of the talent in an enterprise. If the employee turnover rate is too high and many competent employees who intent to resign, the enterprise will have a heavy loss. The actual quit of a job comes from the turnover intention, which related closely with employees' job satisfaction. This study takes China Petroleum First Construction Company as the object, adopts the form of questionnaire survey, and discusses the relationship between job satisfaction and turnover intention. The findings are advantageous in taking corresponding measures of Human Resources Management for the enterprise, better retaining the talented persons which the enterprise needs.The study mainly includes: the current status of employees' job satisfaction and turnover intention, correlation between job satisfaction and turnover intention, job satisfaction factors which affect turnover intention, the demography difference in job satisfaction and turnover intention.The conclusions of this demonstration research are as follows: employees' job satisfaction is generally low and turnover intention is relatively strong, the job satisfaction and turnover intention have negative correlation, works itself, work team, and leadership have remarkable influence on turnover intention, demography variables-including marriage status, working tenure, education, and position-have significant impact on job satisfaction, age, marriage status, working tenure, education, and position have the same significant impact on turnover intention.The final goal of the study lies in providing some valuable countermeasures and suggestions, which enhance employees' satisfaction and reduce withdrawal rate for supervisors. This article proposes the following short-term and long-term human resources countermeasures. The former includes: enhance treatment of rest and leave, enrich extra-curricular culture life, improve the working conditions, definitude work responsibility, strengthen staff's training. The latter includes: set up humanist philosophy of management, consummate promotion mechanism, reasonably planning staff's professional development channel, strengthen work team construction, perfect laws and regulations to regulate employees' flow, raisesupervisors' leadership. |
