Study On Control Problem Of Joint Venture In China

Control and anti-control become the main conflict in the joint venture andinvestors always focus on control problem. In international joint venture theory, manyachievements have gotten in the aspect such as cooperation motivation, partnerselecting and joint venture's management specialty etc. In this paper, the study objectis Chinese joint venture. The control mechanism is analysed and based on themechanism the detail study of control structure is carried through on Basf-Ypc case.At last, it concludes the control strategies for domestic enterprises.
