The Analysis On The Structure Of Chinese Large-scale Distribution Enterprise

Along with the entry of China into WTO and the holding of the 2008 OlympicGames, Chinese economy has already entered a new rapidly development stage. Asone of the most important infrastructures of Chinese market economy, the distributionsector development is actually far from the needs of the socialist market economy andthere still remained some vital deep-seated problems to be solved. Chinesedistribution enterprises are indeed faced to considerable disadvantages comparingwith the worldwide distribution enterprises.In this paper the author made a very objective analysis on the actual status ofour distribution enterprises and illuminated the characteristics, the disadvantages andthe development trend of our large-scale distribution enterprises. Having based on theanalysis of the organizing structure, operating mechanism and personnel training ofJapanese corporations, the author illuminated that our distribution enterprises canextract many of their advanced experiences in terms of organizing structure, personnelmanagement and operation model. This paper also indicated the developmentopportunities and strategic emphasis that our large-scale distribution enterprises maybe faced to in the future. Finally, the author also raised some suggestions according tothe external environmental requirements of the large-scale distribution enterprisesand learning the experiences of Japanese and Korean government to give significantsupport to the conglomerate.
