Problems Faced By Chinese Enterprises, The "Going Out" Strategy, And Their Countermeasures

Along with the enhancement of the economic strength, and theraise of the enterprises' competitive power, the Chinese enterprisesalso start "going out", to invest outside the country. This fits in with thetenor of the acting strategy of economic globalization;also it isadvantageous to the reasonable disposition resources, optimizesindustrial structure, breaks trade protection barrier, brings aboutsustainable development of the economy and enhances theinternational competition ability of Chinese enterprises. However, inpractice, the Chinese enterprises' "going out" success level does notseem to be high enough and still face many problems.To help deal with those problems, I have done a thesis research andcome up with this piece of writing. Firstly, this paper introduces thetheory of the "going out" strategy, FDI theory. Secondly, it analyzesthe necessity of the "going out" strategy. Thirdly, it discusses problemsfaced by the "going out" strategy. In the final chapter, based on theproblems, suggestions are made to business enterprises and relevantgovernment agencies. They emphasize on improvement of both thegovernment's role and support system to companies.
