Nowadays with fierce market competition, the importance of franchising strategy for the development of hairdressing enterprises become more and more evident. It can lead enterprises expand fast in a low-cost way, pioneer new fund channels, obtain store resources, upgrade brand value. However, research on how to implement franchising strategy is comparative little. Both the theory and practice in this field, as a sort of fangle, deserve more exploration.It should be noticed that the competition in this industry is very fierce because of the characteristics such as low barrier, great flowability and mainly medium and small-scaled enterprise in the market. How to use franchising strategy to make hairdressing enterprises big and powerful? This paper firstly explains the current situations and questions of the hairdressing enterprises in our country;Secondly, by using the five forces model of competition and Boston Matrix, this paper analyses and explains the market competitive environment and enterprise itself. Finally, this paper puts forward the concrete steps on how to implement hairdressing franchising strategy. It is hoped that this paper could offer some reference for the franchising operation practice of the hairdressing enterprises in our country.
