In order to meet consumers’ growing demand for service, as a typical service industry, if beauty salons want to be succeed in the market, their service must be according to the new characteristics of consumer demand, put the perception of the customer as the center, guide and create customers’needs. The current customers want hairdressing market to be more specializing and individual, however, hairdressing industry is not mature. Hairdressing industry wants to set up suitable customer service system for enterprise’s present situation, however, the academic study of hairdressing industry customer service system is less. This research is based on the customer perceived value, is more close to the reality of the hairdressing industry, through the establishment of customer service system based on the customer perceived value for A hairdressing chain store, I want to provide reference for other enterprises in the industry.This study combines theory and empirical research method, breaks the blank pattern in the industry research of customer service system, according to the reality of an enterprise, establishes and optimizes a standard customer service system, this system keeps the balance of customers, industry professionals, enterprises and industry, and it has strongly practicability.Firstly, this paper introduces the hairdressing industry’s present situation. Secondly, I find the theoretical basis of this paper through the introduction of the related theory and the collection of relevant literatures home and abroad. Thirdly, it introduces the hairdressing chain industry’s present situation and A hairdressing chain enterprise’s situation, the customer service system in this paper is all based on this enterprise. Finally, based on the theory and research of A hairdressing chain enterprise, this paper establishes a standard customer service system framework, and introduces the framework of each subsystem.The research field in this paper is a new research field in China, through the establishment of A hairdressing chain enterprise’s customer service system, set up a hairdressing industry’s customer service system, it has theoretical and practical significance. However, along with the changes in physical environment, economic environment and enterprise’s own stage of development, this study has many immature places and some places that don’t fit in the fact. Therefore, there are many places in this paper need to be improved, there are a lot of meaningful work to do, as a beginning paper of customer service system based on customer perceived value in the hairdressing chain industry, I believe that the development of service industry and customer perception value will continue to promote hairdressing chain industry and improve the development of customer service system.
