Research On The System Innovation Of The Chinese Private Enterprise

The enterprise system innovation is a kind of transformation activities, in which the old enterprise system will be substituted by the new one for obtaining a bigger benefit or profit. It aims at adjusting each kind of profit relations in the enterprise. The enterprise system innovation goal is to improve the competitive ability of the enterprise. Benefit maximization is the ultimate objective which the enterprise pursues all the time for its development. That is also basic point of the enterprise system innovation. The system is the guarantee with which the enterprise realizes its profit. The system innovation definite system frame for the enterprise sustainable development, and provides essential system safeguard to the innovation of property right system, management system, motivation system and so on. Therefore, the system innovation is the basic guarantee for the realization that economy of private enterprise continues to develop. Chinese private enterprise is one kind of special enterprise organization forms, which appears in the process of transforming from the planned economy to the market economy. Since the middle of 1990s, the internal and the external environments, which Chinese private enterprise faces, have changed remarkably. Flaws of the enterprise system have been prominent day by day. For instance, the property right system is vague, the property right structure is solitary and self-closed which are all main barriers for the private enterprise system to surmount to the modern one;the management system is unreasonable, which displays blindness and freedom of policy-making and regulation vacancy;the motivation system is not perfect, lacking the pressure conduction mechanism, and the rate of talented person flowing nears 50%. Based on this point, this article proposed that the private enterprise can fundamentally solve many problems it faces only by carrying on the enterprise system innovation.The main content of the article is divided into five parts. First chapter mainly introduces the goal, the significance and the way of thinking, and carries on the synthesis commentary to the correlation literature. Second chapter is the theoretical foundation of Chinese private enterprise system innovation. This chapter has made the introduction to five stage theories and system vicissitude theory of Chinese private enterprise system innovation. Third chapter is the present situation of system innovation. It outlines the development of private enterprise, the management environment, the main organization forms, and the existing system flaws like propertyright system, management system, motivation system flaws, and has carried on the detailed explanation .Simultaneously it has analyzed the restrictive factors of private enterprise system innovation. Fourth chapter elaborated innovation mechanism of Chinese private enterprise system, and has analyzed actuation strength, the external and internal conditions, as well as the principles the system innovation should follow. The fifth chapter is implementation countermeasures mainly containing the property right system innovation;the management system innovation;the motivation system innovation and the power which the private enterprise needs to improve its system innovation. It has constructed a dynamic innovation system for private enterprise system, and advocated that the private enterprise should choose its own innovation approach according to actual situation including development conditions, organization forms, existing problems. The sixth chapter is the end of the article. It made the self-appraisal to the article and pointed out innovation points and deficiency. And I hope that it can provide some new contents to the research of Chinese private enterprise system innovation and some enlightenment to the practice of it.
