Development of new products for enterprise growth, which will help theenterprises to greatly adapt to environmental changes, and gain long-termeconomic and social benefits。But new product development is a high risk activity,in order to reduce the risk and the failure rate, This thesis researches on newproduct development decision on business conducted.In this thesis, the process of new product development will be divided intothree stages, including the concept development phase of new products, thesamples development phase of new product, the commodity development phase ofnew products, and make decision and analysis of the new product development.In the concept development phase of new products, analyses the use of analytichierarchy process in the process of evaluation and selection, and transform thequantitative issues into qualitative issues in decision-making and analysis;In the samples development phase of new product, analyses the decision-makingand evaluation of the technical scheme, making the decision-making studies ofnew products enter into the market strategy from the relationship between costand development cycle, and the introduction of the concept of value engineering;In the commodity development phase of new products, mainly discusseddecision-making examined pricing models and pricing strategies, new productsand the proliferation of quantitative prediction, sales forecasting, anddecision effectiveness of theoretical earnings expectations.These studies provided new product development for enterprise decision theoryapproach to the development of new products to enhance their decision enterprisesin science and rationality, improving the success rate of new productdevelopment.
