For a long period of monopolistic business, the operation laying tress onthe generation, and the low efficiency causes a enormous waste of resources ofgeneration enterprises. Generation enterprises begin to face difficultes onbusiness and competition. According to the process of strategic management,this dissertation researches the marketing strategies of Anyang Power Plant inthe new power environments to adapt changes..First, a comprehensive introduction to power markets and situations ofreforms for establishing power markets from the internal to the external is made fromaspects of marketing and strategic managerment. Secondly, this thesis analysisesopportunities and threats of the environment under area power market to AnyangPower Plant, Strengths and Weaknesses inside its own, and models of AnalyticHierarchy Process are constructed for these key factors. Thirdly, external factors andinternal factors are matched with the SWOT matrix, then marketing strategies areobtained for selection by Anyang Power Plant. And a list of optimal marketingstrategies arranged in important order is made after these strategies are analysed withQSPM matrix. Finally, operational measures to implement marketing strategies arepresented, based on the above analysis, for Anyang Power Plant.Based on reserches of marketing strategies of Anyang Power Plant, competitivepower not simulated is tried to be founded for generation enterprises , to make itachieve the maximal profit.
