The Analysis And Study Of Bosoar Chemical Industry Process Base On Supply Chain Management

Due to the fierce competitions in market, the enterprises have to take the full useof their potentials enhancing the economic efficiency with the utmost efforts,otherwise they can not take their competitive advantages and even survive in market.Nowadays , Supply Chain Management(SCM) attracts people's attention and peopleare trying to find the resource thereof to increase profits. It is found that there reallyexists a great resource for profit in the links of Supply Chain Management. The article firstly introduces the relevantconcepts of JIT(Just In Time), background and characteristics about SCM ,thenanalyses the purchase system of the Bosoar Group Co.,Ltd.Chemical Branch on casesthrough JIT purchase theory;then the article establishes a economic order quantitymodel, complying with the stock status in the Bosoar Group Co.,Ltd.Chemical Branch,and gives an applied analysis;the article finally introduces the theories ofTOC(Theory Of Consraint) to resolve the current conflictions between production andstock in Bosoar Group Co.,Ltd.Chemical Branch with theory of TOC.
