Study On Management Mode Of Heating Project In Main City Of A City

In recent years,the development of urbanization in A city is very fast,and has made remarkable achievements in social development and economic construction.In the city’s municipal public utilities,heating is related to the well-being of the people’s livelihood,the lack of heat sources in the development of urbanization,the lag of the construction of clean heat and heat sources in the atmosphere,the increase of the heat price of the heat source,and the pressure on the survival and development of the hot enterprises.The heating demand in the main urban area is increasing and the heating area is gradually increasing,and some problems are gradually highlighted,such as heating facilities failure,heating price cost upside down,heating capacity insufficient,lack of new energy technology popularization and so on,and further need to continue the exploration of heating mode and innovation of heating mode.The heating demand of the main city area is gradually increasing and the heating area is gradually expanding.The heating problem in the main city area of A city is becoming more and more prominent,which is the main problem to be solved in this paper.After understanding the heating mode,heating area,urban development plan,pipe network infrastructure construction and industry policy in A City,the heating mode economic analysis and heating project management model are carried out.From two aspects of technology and management,the reform direction of hot enterprise is analyzed,the city heating resources are integrated,the heating mode is adjusted,and the city is set up to establish the city.Unified heat dispatching center,connected with the network,the main city no longer construction and gradually reduce the large heat source,the introduction of "external heat",finally form the "urban outskirts of large coal-fired power cogeneration(ultra clean emission)as the basic heat source,fully excavate the surrounding waste heat resources,the use of natural gas,new energy heating as a complementary clean heating.Pattern ".To adapt to the needs of developing modern residents for heating comfort,flexibility,high efficiency and environmental protection,a new urban heating management mode is established.This paper analyzes the heating cases in the main city of A City,analyzes the problems existing in the current project and causes the problems,and seeksmore effective solutions to provide effective reference for the better operation of the heating enterprises.
