| Recently, the non-state-owned S&T Enterprise (NSSTEs) is not only the important foundation of professional technology burgeoning industry, and also the basic strength of competitiveness to promote industrial upgrade. That is to say, activation of the NSSTEs signifies the activation of entire Chinese high new science and technology development. But it has been faced with the outstanding problem and contradiction. Less than 1/3 enterprises can pass the first three years after established. In addition, the fact that we must face is-in these splendid military successes, the wealth created from the mainland enterprises is far lower than the enterprises cooperative with foreign big groups.This research is based on the life-cycle theory. At first, the paper has describe the current situation of the the NSSTEs' development of shanghai, and has analyzed that influences factors inside and outside the enterprises. Secondly, according to the research purpose and the feasibility of operating, confirm that frame structure and the content. Thirdly, according to the principle of filtration, find out the aimed enterprised (successful enterprise in this research), the first comparison enterprises (wash out in the start-up period) and the second comparison enterprises (wash out in the fast growth period). At last, analyze the development of the NSSTEs of Shanghai, and describe the growth characteristic of start-up and fast growth period of NSSTEs.This paper has show that the NSSTEs of Shanghai have made very great achievement, but it still has a lot of questions. The function of the national relevant policies is very limited. And in the start-up period, the entrepreneur should pay more attention to let the talent policy and the system foundation more understandingly. Live is the main task at this stage. In the fast growth period, the detail is a key to enterprise's success or failure, detail adjustment such as the setting up , structure in debt of income of group are a focal point. |
