The value management idea has generally accepted. From the value management thought is introduced to the enterprise management, people on diligently is pondering how can touch the finally essential driving factor of enterprise value creation. MVA and EVA filled the gap between the value creation desire and the actual expression in the very great degree, caused the people to understand the idea of value management definitely and concretely, simultaneously also enabled the people to judge value creation tend reach the identical standard of the value creation judgment. However the market malfunctions cause MVA to apply in the practice with difficulties, and the lack of human capital enables EVA finally can not touch the finally essential driving factor of enterprise value creation. From massive reading and the thorough analysis related enterprise performance evaluation, the salary drive, the value management, the drive theory, the human capital theory and the Marx's related theory, and at the base of comparison analysis related research achievement and thorough investigation in enterprise, this article summarizes and analyzes the superiority and insufficiency of MVA, EVA and other existing theory. And by introduced the Marx's labor value theory and western human capital theory to enterprise value management, this thesis proposes a value management model - Business Value Added(BVA) and expounds the BVA computation process and the related technical design problem.This article is for the purpose of providing a kind of true value management tool. This kind of management tool not only is the enterprise value creation appropriate response, more importantly it truly touches to the enterprise value creator - enterprise staff. Firstly, this article provides the BVA model theory basis. And then it goes on massive collecting related data about companies appearing on market to prove the theory accuracy and usability of the BVA model. Finally, this article simple analysis the problems and direction of improvement going step further.Through the theory proof and the real analysis, this article thinks there is very strong relevance between BVA and the enterprise market value and also between BVA and MVA. From the value measurement aspect, BVA can reflect ability of company value creation prior to EVA and other value management models. The BVA model hasvery powerful theory and practice value.The creation point of the thesis lies in that it proves the social reasons of the spring up and development and the contribution to enterprise value creation of the human capital theory from the dialectical relations of Marx's element of production and the development of productive force and as well as the labor theory aspect firstly. And the thesis establishes a new value management model.Although BVA has idea superiority, there are many problems needs to solve in the practical operation, including determination of the essential human capital cost, computation of share coefficient and so on. And this article only proposes one kind of preliminary solution of relative computations because of time and so on. As for that whether the classification and calculation of essential human capital is accurate and the production function can does reflect the contribution of human capital and material capital in company needs to discuss further.
