A Research On The Informatization Of Electric Power Enterprise And Its Level Evaluation In China

Enterprise informatization is an important part of the national informatization. As the main member of our country's enterprises, studying and designing informatization index system special to electric power enterprise makes sense to enriching and consummating national informatization index system and enterprise informatization index system in our country. At the same time, in the informatization construction process, it is the urgent need for the general electric powers enterprise to fully understand development condition as well as the status which locates in domestic and even the international environment, and then promptly finds the problem, solves the problem, specially establishes a set of accurate effective evaluation index system.On the foundation of all kinds of existing informatization evaluation schemes, using the standard analysis and demonstration analysis, this article has analyzed to the basic meaning of the electric power enterprise: informatization and the electric power enterprise informatization evaluation index schemes. Through analyzing the domestic and foreign enterprises in particular electric power enterprise's informatization level evaluation system and the plan, this article attempts to establish one kind of informatization level evaluation system which suits the Chinese electric power enterprise, further enriches the informatization evaluation theory system. It also evaluates to the Fujian Province electric powers enterprise informatization level with the established evaluation system, enhances the electric power enterprise informatization level, then provides the scientific basis for the electric power enterprise's modern management.Firstly, the article has analyzed the current situation of electric power enterprise informatization in our country, and made the detailed explanation to the electric power enterprise informatization evaluation and its characteristic. At the same time, according to the characteristic of the electric power enterprise informatization, this paper has established the electric power informatization level evaluation index system, and determined each index's right weight on the bases of the investigation results and the experts' advice. It also has made the attempt to evaluate the electric power enterprise level of informatization.Secondly, the article analyzed the evaluation system in the demonstration. Based on the established evaluation system, it evaluates the Fujian Province Electric Power Company's informatization level with obtained information and data.Finally, the article analyzes and discusses the evaluation result, and gives countermeasures and suggestions to the Fujian electric power informatization. Based on the existing theory and material, this article only has discussed preliminary the electric power enterprise informatization, makes effort to bring more people to pay attention to this domain. At the same time, it also can play the role which offered a few ordinary introductory remarks so that others may offer their valuable ideas, can provide the foundation and the model for the afterwards researchers' further research and the discussion.
