As freshmen of financial industry, Asset Manage Companies have been developed for 5 years. And G Company is one of the Asset Manage Companies. When it finishes the task given by the government to buy and manage and dispose the bad asset of the stated merchant bank, G Company will face the strategical transformation. And in the course of strategical transformation, all the management must be adjusted to fit the development of the company. It' s all known that the Asset Manage Company is the knowledge-intensive company, so the function of Human Resource Management (HRM) is very important to the company. The dissertation bases on some correlative theories and introduces series of adjusted projects, which include the structure, the Salary System, the Assess Performance System and the Training and Development System. The author hope that staff can accept the strategical transformation of the company and adjust their knowledge structure by the Training and Development System, direct their actions by the new Salary System and Assess Performance System so that to fit the strategical transformation of the company. If G Company succeeds in the strategical transformation, its experience can provide high reference value to the strategical transformation of the other companies.The dissertation is divided into four parts: The first one is the introduction of G Company. It introduces the operational goal, area and performance of the company, and explains its background of government and operational characteristic. The second one is the analysis of the actuality of HRM of G Company. It analyses the structure of the organization, the structure of the staff, the Salary System, the Assess Performance System and the Training and Development System, concludes the primary problem of HRM of G Company. The third one is the introduction of the challenge comes from the strategical transformation to HRM of G Company. It analyses the differences between the commercial operation and the political operation, and indicates the challenge to the structure of the organization, the Salary System, the Assess Performance System and the Training and Development System. The fourth one is the new project design of HRM, which includes four aspects as the structure of the organization, the Salary System, the Assess Performance System and the Training and Development System.
