Thus it offers the basis with rational science for the fact that land exploitation and arrangement in this space range ,not only benefits the realization of the general quantity dynamic equilibrium goal of regional cultivated land and the improvement of the regional ecological environment ,but also benefits the sustainable development of the regional land resource.This text can be divided into two major parts on the whole Apart is a theoretical research;another part is a positive research In the theoretical research ,this text has introduced the basic theoretical foundation in four kinds of land exploitation and arrangement, namely land sustainable utilization theory,human and land intergrowth theory land economy supply with the theory and view ecology theory At the same time ,from cultivated land arrangement,countryside residential area arrangement, land reclaim and land exploitation that four respects cxplain respectively that introduced one's own intension,made investigations and appraise to land potentiality.In the positive research, from the cultivated land arrangement,the residential area in the countryside,land exploitation,land reclaim four respect,this text puts forward method of calculating,appraise the grade result and distributed area of every potential rank in suburb of Shanxi Yangquan city.Through studying and discussion,ihis text draws the following conclusions:(l)Cultivated land arrangement potentiality mainly comes from utilization ratio low or output rate low or utilization ratio and output rate low cultivated land In suburb of Yangquan city,cultivated land arrangement potentiality mainly comes from fragmentary cultivated land.
