Study On The Model And Innovation Of The Management Of Agricultural Industrialization In Yantai City

The innovation of the agricultural management system has been made by keeping the industrialization of agriculture in the coastal areas since 1980s.Especially after the middle of 90s, the coastal areas have innovated the model of the agricultural management which focuses on the connection between the household agriculture and the large markets in improving the agricultural structure. Yantai is among the first cities where the industrialization of agriculture is put forward and it has done much beneficial exploration and practice which have promoted its agricultural structure and the development of its rural economy. But at present its model needs to be perfected because it can't adopt the new situation and request.In this article, with the theory about the industrialization of agriculture, and with the agricultural management and its model in Yantai as the subject, the author sums up the present situation of Yantai's industrialization of agriculture, the taken measures and its achievements by combining investigation, random sampling with case study and general study. Then the evolvement of its industrialization is analyzed with the theory of industrial management, the theory of systematic change, the theory of labor cooperation and the theory of profit driving. The main models— cooperation + base + farmer, cooperation + farm + farm workers, cooperation + community + farmer, cooperation + bank + fanner—are compared and evaluated. Finally, after putting forward the existing problems, the author assumes new management system about Yantai's agricultural management, i.e., the model of" agricultural association + leading enterprise + professionals", which may be consulted in promoting Yantai's industrialization of agriculture.
