| With technological progress, Economical globalization, and the development of E-Business, Supply chains and their enterprises are facing competition coming from global market, facing the challenge of shorting delivery-time, improving productions'quality, improving service, satisfying the demand of individuation, reducing cost etc. under the background, logistics capabilities are becoming one of the core capabilities of Supply chains and their enterprises, it has far-reaching influence for Supply chains and their enterprises to win relative advantage in competition. Firstly, The total logistics status of our country is analyzed, the problems existed in logisics industry were found; And then, based on our investigation on "Manufacturing Strategy, Logistics and Supply Chain Management", enterprises'logistics status in our country were analyzed, the problems about losistics existed in enterprises were found. All of these formed the foundation of the following research. Secondly, Logistics capability was defined based on other scholars'research achievements, further more, the definitions about enterprise logistics capabilities and supply chain's are defined. Then, Logistics capability was classified based on the above studies, and its system was established. And then, the elements system of enterprise logistics capabilities was established, the reasons why chosen the elements and their influence upon enterprises were analyzed. Based on these achievements, the elements system of supply chain logistics capabilities was established, and the reasons why chose the elements and their influence upon supply chains were analyzed. At last, some opinions on the development of enterprises'Logistics capabilities in china were proposed. All of the research is helpful for the following research on supply chain logistics capabilities; it is also helpful for supply chains and their enterprises to analyze their logistics capabilities'status and find the right way to improve it. |
