With consumer's constant improvement to that the house required, the real estate develops rapidly, the marketing plan of the real estate is developed fast thereupon too, in our country during the course of going through from the idea of build idea stage - the standard planning to the marketing idea stage - the whole journey plan, its development trend is advancing to the marketing of combining . Because marketing plan can fine to meet consumer' s demands, enhancement inhabit quality , bring developer heavy profit and promote brand of developer, so occupy more and more important position in the development of real estate. Though analysising marketing plan procedure, project characteristic, goal market and marketing tactics of the real estate, content planned can be clear. Goal market analysis and formulation marketing of tactics is the core of the course of marketing plan. Though the marketing plan theory of the real estate has got very fast development, there are still a lot of questions appearing in the course of planning, concentrate on the market survey to analyse insufficiently , lacking the profound level of regional planning mainly, theory knowledge is deficient , the target consumer group makes a reservation fuzzily , underestimate the replying and reflecting of market rival, breaking away from such respects as the innovation of market demand ,etc. But these questions can not be avoided either, for example through making the rigorous procedure of market research, strengthen theory study regularly, useing the correct mode of goal market chose, innovation based on quality of the building correctly.
