From the middle of 20th century, it has become increasingly important for Taiwanese enterprises to find a reliable place for their overseas investments. The mainland China's Foreign Investment Policy thus appears to be an ample opportunity for Taiwanese enterprises. Nowadays, mainland China is one of the main investment areas for Taiwanese enterprises. The human resource management of Taiwanese enterprises possess it's own characteristic according to it's original manners that is from the West's and the Orient's theory system. We are making some debating in this study about this from our views of some functions of HRM.First, this study investigates the connotation of the HRM of Taiwanese enterprises in mainland China. These Taiwanese enterprise need to study the situations of mainland China, because the employees of these Taiwanese enterprises are main from mainland China, they own different opinions about value and culture. Thus, the combine of these two culture is preferred in this study.Second, this study examines the environment of the management of mainland China. Most of the enterprises in mainland lack special human resource department and special human resource worker. The employees has little enthusiasm to take part in their work , which lead to high fluidness.Third, the main part of this study is the feature of HRM of the Taiwanese enterprises. From enterprises-culture, training, prompting and labor-relations, we could check out that these enterprises are trying to be consisted to the situations of mainland China, and to make their employees to give their full energy to work.Finally, this study talk about HR--Out sourcing, which has the trend to be accepted by more and more enterprises. This method could help our company to save time, lessen cost and improve efficiency. But we should pay more attention to the disadvantage of Out sourcing, especially in these Taiwanese enterprises.This study then take the ways of Wangyongqing's management as a successful example.
