A Research On The Supply Problems Of Our Country's Venture Capital

The demand of venture capital is very high but the supply is in a great shortage in our country. This dissertation aims at the status quo and studies the factors that affect the supply of venture capital. By introducing the history of venture capital, it establishes the supply model S = S (Ca, Ri, Re) . It has three independent factors, which are capital, investment risk and investment return. Every factor has its index system. Then it tests the applicability of the supply model from three aspects, which are venture capital's structure of capital source, investment zone distribution and phase distribution.Unlike other research, this dissertation studies the problems by establish a model and index systems of the three factors. Also it brings forward measures according the supply model and three factors. It classifies the achievements of former studies and also puts forward some unique advices.
