Venture Capital Investment has a significantly impact on supporting entrepreneurship, technology innovation and industrialization. Then, the thesis analyzes how different sources of capital may have impact on the organization and investment model. In addition, the thesis analyzes the SBIC program for how government should support venture capital market and help attracting capital from private sectors.
