| Tourism is a new industry that is open and high related with other ones. If regional tourism wants to achieve sustainable development, government should undertake the "big tourism, big market, big industry" strategy and pay attention to the tourism cooperation. But, if we look at the development of cooperation in past 20 years, the situation may not be so encouraging. Most cooperation movements are so scattered and low-level that they can't be deepened. One of the difficult problems is how to coordinate the interests of many stakeholders for the material cooperation between areas. The conflict among Hubei Province, Chongqing City and Hunan Province in the Yangtze River Three Gorges Region is a typical problem.This paper introduces the stakeholder theory combined with theoretical study and practical analysis. Under the circumstances of practical development of regional tourism cooperation in our country and Three Gorges, the paper takes the cooperation as a integrated system that has many and different stakeholders, then studies the interests situation and interaction behavior of these participants and how to achieve a balance of different stakeholders through effective coordination.Chapter one demonstrates that the study on this topic is essential, and summarizes the understudy of former scholars about this field. This chapter lays the groundwork for the point of whole paper.Chapter two introduces the stakeholder theory combined with an analysis of Three Gorges to find out the situation of participants' interests in regional tourism cooperation, namely, which stakeholders, how to classify, what there requirements are and how they achieve.Chapter three explores four balance principles of interests coordinating, and then goes to research of interests coordinating mechanism on the base of chapter two, with reference of others' conclusion of game playing analysis about regional cooperation.Chapter four concludes main points of whole paper and has a prospect of study in this field. |
