Studying Of Enterprise Culture Construction Under Knowledge-based Economy Time

Enterprise creates culture, and culture also shapes enterprise and people. From ideological and political education work point of view, ideological and political education work is important power of enterprise culture construction, and enterprise culture is important environment factor of ideological and political education work. With advent of knowledge-based economy, environment and management ways of enterprise have changed. Enterprise management starts to emphasize particularly on culture management. By establishment of enterprise culture that is fit to existence and development of enterprise, improves gather power and centripetal force of enterprise, and inspires creative thought and ability of elitist. The paper analyzed change of inside and outside environment that brought influence on enterprise development in knowledge-based economy time, expatiated on enterprise culture construction in knowledge-based economy time, and generalized enterprise culture construction that had important effect on socialism spirit culture in my country. It base on analysis main problem of enterprise culture construction in my country at present that brought forward total thought of enterprise culture construction, i.e. enterprise culture construction should observe service principle, mass participation principle, change principle and so on. The content of enterprise culture construction should emphasize on honest and trust, and give prominence to management thought of people-based.
