Research On The Construction And Development Scheme Of Zhuji Logistics Distrbution Center In Yantai

It can be concluded that the railway enterprise develops towards the modern logistics service is not only necessary butalso possible from the theoretical analysis and the relevant practice. But there are little mature theory and experience about this issue.Based on the conditions of organization and development in railway enterprise, this paper applies theories of logistics management to solve the problem that railway enterprise changes the management mode from current transportation service to modern logistics service. Combining the Yantai Zhuji railway freight station, this paper demonstrates the necessity and possibility of building the Zhuji logistics distribution center and presents the implementation scheme in detail.The paper consists of six parts. In chapter 1, the research background and significance this project are summarized. In chapter 2, the paper analyzes the requirement of modern logistics service for Zhuji railway freight station and the relevant enterprise, then the inevitability of developing the zhuji logistics distribution center is pointed out. In chapter 3, the paper demonstrates the possibility of building the logistics distribution center based on the analysis of the logistics, transportation and relevant enterprise circumstance of Yantai City. In chapter 4, the paper presents the implementation scheme in detail, including the planning objective, management method, organization system in detail, including the planning objective, management method, organization system and client service ,ect. In chapter 5, the paper establishes some effective measures about promoting the construction of Zhuji logistics distribution center. At last, this paper summarizes the summarizes the research achievement and put forward the direction that study further from now on.
