Studing Land Use Intensivcation In Urban Area And Evaluating Its Potential

The land resource of my country are scarcely. At present, the process of Urbanization in China is starting and will enter a period of acceleration of urbanization . The development of city is rapidly expanding . Meanwhile, the economic growth form are radical changing from extensive to intensive form.It is very important to study on land use intensivcation in urban area, not only in favor of conservating land resourse and perfecting land science ,but also the development of city and rationly distributing urban land .Based on the current situation analysis of the urban land use ,this paper researches and expouds deeply the systems theory of land use intensivcation in urban area , and establishes the evaluation systems and takes the JuRong as a case city.The articl consists seven chapters . The first chapter discusses the background, purpose and meaning of choicing the title .The second chapter analyzes the characters of urban land utilization , and sets forth its connotion based on an introduction of land use intensivcation in urban area .The third chapter gives an analysis of the urban land use intensive system using systematic view and method .The forth chapter states the cause and mode of urban land use intenesivcation.The fifth chapter rainly researches and discusses the basic theory and method of evaluation .The sixth chapter takes the JuRong as a case city to expounds and prove its condition of land use intensivcation.The last chapter gives the summarization and conclusion of the thesis as a whole .
