Property rights are owned by the country.Basing the research on the banking market structure, the performance and the relationship between them, We think that state owned property rights and the monopoly market structure determine the performance of China's banking industry, the relation between the market structure and the property rights structure is very compact and can not be divided up, the reform of altering one side can not improve the performance of China's banking industry. So this dissertation put forward the propose that the improvement of China's banking industry Performance must be done by adjusting the market structure and altering the property rights structure.
