Study On Making An Overall Planning About City And Adjacent Region Harmony Of Development

Nowadays, the process of urbanization has been accelerating on its way. With urbanization accelerating to advance, the transformation of the function of the city and village has fastened obviously. The relationship between them became more closely than ever. At the same time, some prominent problems aroused in this process such as: the interest conflict appeared among the cities and villages, the disorder competition lies in, in city agglomerations region, the environment badly damaged, product stuff didn't floating smoothly in market etc. These problems badly baffled the region economy development . So it is necessary to correspond the relationship among the cities and villages to ensure the develop the country economy and society.This thesis firstly analyzed the main problems lies in the Chinese urbanization and region development. There lies two reasons. Subjectively, the government haven't realized the importance of the relationship between the city and adjacent regions. Objectively, it will took some time to constitute the system to dissolve the problems in development.According to the analysis and based on the foreign countries and generalizing the successful experience, the thesis proposed some ways to strengthen and improve the city and region coordination development. We will take some measures like: definitude the relationship between the city and adjacent region development, fatherly pushing the registered permanent residence system, reforming the system of the society security, constructing the harmony mechanism of the city and village and constructing the soft environment so that we can promote the city and adjacent region harmony development...
