But there are many questions that many family enterprises develop slowly and some even untimely die.Family enterprises have existent quality,but they have their own inherent disadvantages except their own distinct advantages with their further development. The thesis base on the theory of enterprise life cycle and combine the theory of property, regulation structure, management system, and mainly analyzes the family enterprises' development obstacles> traps and their cause in every stages of the life cycle in China. Finally, It gives parallels between here and aboard family enterprises' development status and gives the conclusion that in order to sustainable development we should hold on reform and innovation property relation, management system, regulation structure, entrepreneur quality and corporate culture and In addition, it is necessary for the family enterprises to get support from the government.
