Compared with the developed countries, our leasingindustry still has a long way to go, such as the development level of leasing, the rateof leasing infiltration, the legal system, etc.The next section described and inquired financial leasing into more and in details.It is about the advantages and existing theories of leasing industry, the significantmeaning of financial leasing for business enterprises' development, inner and exteriorconditions, the risk control and profits, the updated policies and principles of modernfinancial leasing.Furthermore, the study expanded to the current financial leasing of medicalapparatus, mainly including the application of financial products in the field ofmedical apparatus, the important meaning of financial leasing for medical industryand the characteristics of the medical apparatus financial leasing. According to theparticularity of our health system and the characteristics of the large medicalequipments themselves, the financial leasing is very useful to the hospitals inpurchasing large medical equipments, raising the level of medical equipments andpromoting the competition abilities of the hospitals.Finally, the writer analyzed and contrasted the problems during the leasingindustry development process and the influence on leasing industry, which is made bythe national policies and economic environments.
