It is one of the important means to improve the competitive capability ofenterprises using the information construction of enterprises. EAM(EnterpriseAsset Management) is one of the management thinkings about the informationof enterprises. It might improve the using rate of asset, reduce the maintenancecosts of enterprises. The contents of data design refer to database design, datastructure, algorithm and so on. Aim to the data design problems of EAM, thedata structure and algorithm of asset hierarchy structure are designed and thedatabase design of anti-normative method is accomplished.Firstly, internal meanings and management thinkings of EAM areemphatically analyzed. On the basis of asset hierarchy structure, Owing to theabuses of the data design about the previous hierarchy structure of equipmentsin EAM, a new data design on it is put forward. At the same time, a data designof the location system structure also is proposed. They are all used in EAM.Secondly, according to the actual operation demands of EAM andcharacters of the excellent data design, in the basis of the traditional databasedesign, a new anti-normative method of the database design is proposed. Thismethod is described of the processing course, strategy and concrete applicationin the design of EAM. Experimental results indicate that the running time hasbeen improved obviously in this algorithm.At last, the system of EAM is analyzed .The choice of the developmentmode, the architecture of system and the partition of function modules areresearched. It is chiefly achieved about the asset management module based onHierarchy Structure and Anti-normalization.
