This essay is based on the service economic ages coming and starts from the crisisand challenges which the hotel industry is facing. With service marketing basic conceptbeing the point of departure, joining together the actual circumstance of Xie DaoHoliday Village, the essay studies deeply the core problem of service marketing——service quantity management. Aiming at the difference of service quantity in Xie DaoHoliday Village, I put forward the measure of a few improvements. From the angle ofpromoting the customer value and the customer's approval, I researched how to promotethe business enterprise value and enhance the competition ability of the enterprise.Especially, I studied the service marketing actuality in China hotel business, the crisiswhich the business is facing and the measure should be taken.
