With the advancing of times and coming of knowledge economy era, the role ofhuman resources has become more and more significant. The problem of humanresources has become a key factor connected with the success of an organization or anenterprise. Being a significant segment in setting up and perfecting modernization marketeconomy system, trade association is an important indispensable part in speeding up thetransformation of the government functions and deepening the reform of administrationorganization, it is also an inevitable choice in maintaining trade association's healthydevelopment, safeguarding enterprise's participation in the whole world economiccompetition and connecting with the world, therefore, it is of much significance in facingthe challenge of "entering WTO" and speeding up the step of economic development. Butwith the gap between development's requirement of trade association and the presentsituation of human resources disposition in our country's trade association becomes moreand more obvious, its restraint towards the development of trade association becomesbigger and bigger. Therefore, reforming the unreasonable existing trade associationhuman resources disposition and guiding the effective disposition of human resourceshave already become an important problem, which needs to be solved urgently in ourcountry trade association.Through systematic research and analysis, the purpose of this thesis is to put forwardsome beneficial suggestions, which are helpful for solving problems of human resourcesdisposition in trade association so as to promote the further development of tradeassociation and provide forceful guarantee for the development of our country.The thesis contains 7 chapters. The first chapter makes a brief introduction of thethesis-choosing background, significance and some researching achievements ofPredecessors together with the technical methods used. The second chapter introducessome basic concepts and development history of the guild in our country, this chapter alsocarries on the domestic and foreign contrasting analysis on the present situation ofFunction display, organization system and all that such as: the management way,organization nature and so on. The third chapter introduces some related theories ofhuman resources disposition,the definition of the thesis and introduces characteristics ,the fit and unfit quality of two ways of human resources disposition-----planneddisposition way and the market disposition way with emphasis. As one of the importantpoints in this thesis, the fourth chapter systemically analyses the present situation ofhuman resources disposition in our country's trade association. Based on the humanresources disposition situation of our country's trade association and the situations inBeijing, Guangdong, Wenzhou etc., the fifth chapter summarizes some present problem ofour country's trade association and analyzes the existing deep reasons. According to thesystematic analysis of the above two chapters, the sixth chapter puts forward severalsuggestions on solving the problem of the human resources disposition existing in ourcountry's trade association. The seventh chapter takes the Chinese Fishery Association asan example to conduct micro-study on human resources disposition situation in ourcountry's trade association, thus confirms the analysis of the above three chapters' humanresources disposition situation of our country's trade association.According to the thesis's analysis, our country's trade association is facing fromvarious stern challenge and urgently needing to reform the available human resourcesdisposition mechanism as soon as possible, through transforming our own idea, perfect sfunction disposition as well as national and government's policy support and so on,achieves scientific disposition of the association human resources, establishes humanresources which adapt to the association's development so as to guarantee highly effectivedisplay of the association function.
