| The development of the eastern area economy is in the leading position in the whole country. Especially in Jiangsu and Zhejiang provinces, more than 70% of the local GDP is composed of the Non-public economics. When entering the more thorough stage of the China's economy reform, the study on how the Non-public enterprises maintain the strong development situation after the rising abruptly by "a new undertaking" is very important, and it gives the guideline to other relatively undeveloped areas and enterprises as well.Along with the unceasing development and reform of the China market economy, the Non-public enterprises have met many difficulties, such as the how to strengthen the competitive power and improve the companies' management. In an other hand, lots of problems have come out, i.e. the insufficiency of structured market demand, the limit of the state economy system and the government policy, the limitation of the understanding of the society, the unreasonable industrial layout, the enterprise property right problem, the enterprise company governing problem, the innovation mechanism and company culture problems, etc. How implementing the "a new undertaking" , deepening reform of the China market economy overcoming the barriers and difficulties of the Non-public enterprises in the present stage, and establishing the sustaining the innovation system are (1) the main contents of the strengthening the energy and vigor of the Non-public enterprises, (2) related to the health of national economy development.The article taking the Zhejiang Non-public enterprises as the example, applies the synthesized management science knowledge and the organization growth stage theory (Professor L·E ·Greiner) to analyze the barrier and obstacle of the Non-public enterprises from the academic and practical angles, which aiming at finding a road to success for the Non-public enterprises. |
