Now, we're already meeting the experience economical time, it is a new economical form after the agricultural economy, the industry economy, and the service economy. The appearance of experience economy, is because of the social productive forces, the receive level of consumers arises;the people consumption level and the technical level both have achieved a certain degree. In experience economical time, people's consume idea has changed a lot, consumers pay a great attention not only on product itself, but also on weather obtains much happiness, the unforgettable experience and great service feeling while during purchasing commodity.This article studies under the experience economy time background, facing the consumer's new consume characteristics, the consumers have more and more high consume request, how does our country's retail trade enterprise promotes and innovates own service and management to the general consumers. Occupied our country retail trade enterprise are in keen competition, this kind of competition not only exists in domestic, but also between the world. At present more than 40 biggest retail sales enterprises out of our country, had hastened to send up shops in China, so the competition between Chinese and foreign retail trade enterprises is exceptionally intense. Therefore the retail trade enterprises of our country should seek one kind of more effective way to manage customers.This article constructed the frame of customer experience management, and give some suggestions on how to do great customer experience management to our country's retail trade enterprises.The research techniques of this article mainly have Compared with analytic method, method of inspection, investigation and real diagnosis analytic method.
