In some sense, it is thought that government procurement, which is usedas an effective measure to protect domestic industries in the world, issome kind of non-tariff trade barriers. With the enlargement ofgovernment procurement markets and accordingly increasing the tradevolume, Countries all around the world, especially developed countries,call for opening up government procurement market more loudly. It hasbecome definite that China opens up its government procurement market.This thesis first presents the overview of China's governmentprocurement market from four aspects and the relevant law environment.Then it elaborates the impact of China's signing GPA on its economiesand relevant industries, and finally forwards the countermeasures. So thethesis makes sense when China's signing GPA is becoming evident.
