The Study On The Design Of Logistical Statistic System In China

Logistics is considered as the third headspring of profit. after ten more years of development, logistical industry had made rapid progress. It also supports and promots the development of the civil economy for its more and more proportion.However, for the effect of the planned economy, civil logistical statistics didn' t adapt to the development of logistics. Actually, there is no logistical statistics indexes both in our government and in scientific research institutions,nor a set of systems to accommodate the development of the logistical industry. Nowadays, traditional logistical statistics indexes and methods systems are still used. So in the operation there came into being a series problems, such as too many management setups, unreasonable statistics indexes, faulty statistics methods, statistics activity cannot reflect the whole course of logistical activity.So, this dissertation shows that we should give a scientific circumscription of logistical statistics, study and use for reference foreign logistical statistics systems and methods, classify every taches of logistical activity scientifically, utilize modern logistical statistics methods sufficiently, and constitute the modern logistical statistics indexes systems combining the Fixed Forms System, the Popular Investigating System, and the Scientific Calculation System.
