Empirical Analysis On The Operating Cost And Benefit Of Capital Goods In China

This paper aims to use the empirical research to analyze the cost and benefit effect of the operating activities of the machinery manufacturers. As far as the organization and method are concerned, this paper firstly gives a brief introduction of the sales and financial condition of the primary machinery producers and also the development of the whole industry. In addition, based on the empirical analysis, this paper adapt the profit maximization model to deduce the profit maximization condition of the producer and then analyze the various factors which affect the cost and benefit effect of the operating activities;finally, it is concluded that except for the sales method, other operating ways are potential methods for the producer to maximize the profit and extend the business in the future.
