Feasibility Research On Transnational Operation Of China's Medium And Small-sized Enterprise Cluster

The medium and small-sized enterprises play an important role in our country's economy. With the development of economic globalization and further international diversification, it is essential for medium and small-sized enterprises to develop transnational business. Based on existing research literature, the paper analyzes the actuality and characters of the medium and small-sized enterprises in our country to do transnational operation, points out the factors which restrict the medium and small-sized enterprises to develop transnational business.This paper introduces three classical cluster theories: external economy theory, centralizing economy theory and new competition advantage theory, and explains the causes of cluster's formation, its internal mechanism and advantages. The paper also gives an example of Guigu's medium and small-sized enterprise clusters and analyzes their competition advantages on market. Then, the paper analyzes the feasibility of our country's medium and small-sized enterprise clusters to do transnational business and expounds their comparative advantages. Finally, joining together with our country's actual state, the paper puts forward specific methods to prompt the medium and small-sized enterprise clusters to develop transnational business.
