The Theory Of Core Competence And China's Strategy Of "Going Abroad"

This thesis focuses on the relation between the theory of core competence andstrategy of "Going abroad". Recently, TNCs are adjusting their strategies toreorganize their core industries, so as to enhance their core competences. This thesis isinspired by TNCs' move and tries to use the theory of core competence to acceleratethe pace of Chinese enterprises which went abroad or are going to go abroad, as wellas giving practical advices on specific measures. From the demonstrating process, Ifinally draw my conclusion. Although the theoretical system of core competence isnot complete now, it is believable that, instructed by the theory and supported byChinese government, Chinese enterprises would combine all kinds of resources toenhance their competitiveness and finally become magnates on the internationalmarket.
