Research On Effects Of Enterprise Informatization On The Volume Flexibility Of Small & Medium Manufactures

This thesis takes the enterprise quick reaction capability , the competitive ability, and the impetus of enterprise informatization as the original intention, unites enterprise informatization and volume flexibility these two independent research direction, studies the impacts of enterprise informatization on improving volume flexibility of production system, on the base of the qualitative analysis, establishes the quantificational mathematical model to appraise the value of enterprise informatization under the different volume flexibility levels, proposes strategies of enterprise imformatization based on volume flexibility.This thesis unites the methods of qualitative analysis and quantificational appraisal. First, the thesis produces the generalized analysis of the volume flexibility of production system, including definition of the volume flexibility, the connotation of the volume flexibility and so on;conducts the research on its measure method, proposed the quantificational appraisal model, and discusses the mothod to determine the most appropriate volume flexibility level of production system. Afterwards, this thesis discusses the relationship of volume flexibility and the enterprise informatization. Then, conducts the economical analysis of the enterprise informatization based on the volume flexibility, studies the value of enterprise informatization under the different volume flexibility levels, determines the most appropriate investment of enterprise information under certain volume flexibility. Finally on the foundation of above analysis, proposes the strategies of enterprise informatization based on volume flexibility.This thesis analyzes the influence of enterprise informatization on volume flexibility, enables the enterprise to have a more explicit understanding to the value of enterprise informatization, increases the confidence of small & medium manufacturers in the information technology investment, thus promotes enterprise informatization of small & medium manufacturers to develop fast and favourably.
