Nowadays, with the development of high and new technology, the informationtechnology progresses are getting more and more important to the national economygrowth. This enables the information industries become the pillar of national economy.Because of its progresses in digitization, migration and wide-band, telecommunicationindustry becomes one of the most important professions of the information industries.This paper is composed of four parts. The development of our country's mobilecommunication market was reviewed. The top two present communicationcompanies—China Mobile and China Unicom--were mainly introduced. According tothe outstanding problems exist in China mobile communication market's competition,the managerial and operation system of telecommunication industry, as well as thedomestic and international environment were emphasized. Through the two stages ofmarket competition, the game theory's viewpoint was used to analyze the mobilecommunication market competition in our country. The measure China's mobilecommunication enterprises should take to aim at the international competition was alsoput forwardIn this essay, many theories of strategic management was taken to analyze indifferent aspects the development strategy of the mobile communication business, underthe background of drastic competition, the opening of telecommunication market afterWTO. The development strategy was also put forward.
