To review and evaluate the research fruits in the field of information sharealong supply chain and find the problems in it. To classify information shared amongthe companies within supply chain, and present three modes of information share. Theemphasis of this study is to analyze the impacts of Advance Demand Information(ADI) and delayed demand information on the Bullwhip Effect quantitatively andqualitatively. The result shows that information share can reduce the Bullwhip effect.Fifthly, to summarize the causes of the Bullwhip effect and present the methods andmeasurements of reducing the Bullwhip Effect. Finally, to conclude the whole thesisand view the direction for future research. It is very important for SCM to reduce its costs, to improve its service efficiencyand level, to increase its performances of operation and management.
