With the continuous development of social economy, the real estate market of ourcountry is gaining more vitality. The real estate industry at this moment is playing animportant role in the growth of GDP. As the real estate market is closely related withand impacted by the land policy, city planning, finance, consume needs, price ofbuilding material and safety cost, the influence of construction models of buildingsupon the real estate market deserves a through research.In respective to the raising price of residence buildings in Guiyang city in recentyears, this dissertation, based on the general principle of real estate market explainedat beginning, points out the main influence of land sector upon the real estate market.Based on the research of real estate market and status of residence buildings in thecenter district of Guiyang, this dissertation also presents an analysis of the sales trendsof residence buildings in the center district of Guiyang city, the analysis of therelationship between the construction models and the real estate market and theinfluence of different construction models upon the sales price of residencebuildings with introduction of real samples as well.In the meanwhile, this research also reflects how the selection of constructionmodels influents the real estate by comparison of the advantages and disadvantages ofmulti-layer and high-rise construction models. With the prognostication of land supplyof Guiyang city, this dissertation also suggests the proper construction models suitablefor the center district of Guiyang city, which provides certain reference for thedevelopments of residence construction models in Guiyang city.
